About The Role:
Rieco Industries Ltd is in search of an experienced and visionary Head of Herbs Business Unit to lead and expand our presence in the herbs industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the unit, managing operations, and achieving growth targets within the herbs sector. As the Head of Herbs Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our position in the herbs market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the unit's strategic plan, defining the vision, mission, and objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the herbs sector.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Herbs Business Unit, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales efforts, oversee marketing strategies, and build strong customer relationships to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all unit operations, including production, quality control, procurement, and logistics, to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all Herbs Business Unit activities adhere to regulatory standards, quality control processes, and industry best practices.
  • Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the unit's performance, achievements, and challenges.

Must have:

  • More than 15 years of relevant experience in the herbs or related industry.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion in the herbs or related industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of herbs business processes, equipment, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
