Types
Homogenizer
As a leading storage silo manufacturer, we design advanced homogenizer systems to ensure uniform material flow in larger silos with varying bulk densities. The silo bottom is divided into eight sectors, with aeration applied to two opposite sectors at a time. This controlled aeration process prevents high flow rates, non-homogeneous flow, and stagnation. The homogenizing time typically ranges from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on site conditions and materials.
Fluidizing Arrangement
Our fluidizing arrangements utilize air or gas to fluidize fine bulk materials within the silo. This process keeps the particles lifted and prevents them from touching each other, allowing for easy and complete material discharge. Fluidization eliminates issues like bridging, rat-holing, segregation, and residue buildup. We offer various fluidizing arrangements including polyester fluidizing pads, sintered fluidizing pads and spouts, polyester fluidizing cones, and fluidizing spouts. These arrangements can be customized to meet specific size and shape requirements.
Bin Activators
Our bin activators facilitate the efficient flow of dry bulk materials out of storage silos on demand. These devices eliminate issues like bridging and rat-holing, reduce particle segregation, and promote mass flow. By generating vibrations through a vibratory motor, bin activators ensure the smooth discharge of bulk solids. They can be easily attached to new or existing bins or silos, making them a convenient and cost-effective solution.
Silo Vibrators
Silo vibrators are ideal for eliminating bridge formation and powder accumulation in storage containers such as bins, hoppers, and silos. These vibrators facilitate material flow by providing vibrations that prevent clogging and promote consistent discharge.
Horizontal Unloading Valves (HUV)
The HUV, consisting of a hot-rolled steel plate and a sweep arm, enables material transfer directly into the vane pockets of the RIECO airlock. It is particularly useful when low hopper/silo heights are required or with materials prone to bridging. The HUV allows for the utilization of limited space and eliminates the need for bin vibrators.
