About The Role:

The Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO standards within the organization. They conduct internal audits, drive audit programs, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations. The role involves preparing documentation, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The QMS Engineer plays a vital role in enhancing product quality, environmental sustainability, and occupational health and safety. Female Candidate required only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Conduct internal audits of the QMS and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems.
Drive audit programs for ISO standards and ensure compliance across departments.
Prepare documentation related to quality and environmental management systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training to staff on QMS procedures and processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Ensure that the QMS is continuously improved to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Skill sets/ Additional Requirements:
Must have:

Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in companies like RIECO Industries.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Experience in conducting internal audits and driving audit programs.
Ability to prepare documentation related to quality and environmental management systems.
Proven track record of achieving results and getting work done efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Background in the mechanical industry.
