About The Role:

The Senior Manager - Package/Plant Engineering will lead a team of engineers and drafters in the creation, coordination, and delivery of high-quality engineering output for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. They will also ensure the provision of timely and accurate engineering drawing sets to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the generation and delivery of engineering outputs, including P&ID, General Arrangement (GA) layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for EPC projects..
Ensure the BOM is accurately filled into the SAP system, coordinating the supply chain management and procurement process.
Utilize and oversee the application of engineering software such as Plant3D, AutoCAD Mechanical, and other relevant tools to produce project deliverables.
Coordinate effectively with the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) team to ensure alignment in project execution.
Ensure all engineering deliverables meet established standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
