Roles & Responsibilities:

Acknowledge the Enquiry & Send Respective Catalogue:

Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant product information from our catalog.

Process Flow Diagram, Costing & Offer Preparation:

Undergo training on our products and systems to prepare process flow diagrams, costing, and offers.

Technical & Commercial Discussion:

Engage in technical and commercial discussions, either alongside senior team members or independently after thorough training.

Travel to Customer Places:

Be prepared to travel to customer locations as required to facilitate discussions and understand their specific needs.

SO (Sales Order) Documents Preparation:

Efficiently prepare all necessary documents once an order is received from the customer.

Skill Sets/Additional Requirements:

Must-Have:

Good command of English communication skills.
Experience in proposal making for project-based systems.
Ideally, possess AutoCAD knowledge.
