About The Role:
Rieco Industries Ltd is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Pharma Equipment Division to lead and expand our presence in the pharmaceutical equipment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the division, managing operations, and achieving growth targets within the pharmaceutical sector. As the Head of Pharma Equipment Division, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our position in the pharmaceutical equipment market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the division’s strategic plan, defining the vision, mission, and objectives in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the pharmaceutical equipment sector.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Pharma Equipment Division, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales efforts, oversee marketing strategies, and build strong customer relationships to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all division operations, including production, quality control, procurement, and logistics, to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all pharmaceutical equipment division activities adhere to regulatory standards, quality control processes, and industry best practices.
  • Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the division’s performance, achievements, and challenges
