About The Role:
RIECO Industries Limited is seeking a Finance MIS Specialist to support our business in leveraging technology to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and management information systems, with experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business  leaders to grasp their objectives, challenges, and financial requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to aid in business planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and easy-to-understand dashboards to monitor business performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to devise and execute cost-effective strategies for operational efficiency and increased profitability.
  • Perform regular financial reviews and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Take charge of the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to financial processes, systems, and controls.
  • Offer financial insights and recommendations to enhance resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare customized financial reports and presentations for senior management as requested.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.


Skill sets/ Additional Requirements:
Must have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in finance, accounting, or MIS roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and database management is desirable.
